I meant to write in October, but somehow I didn't. I keep coming back here to write something, but don't really know what to write! The gardens have been put to bed; we've expanded one in preparation for next year and are making even more plans for the yard.

Inside, I'm painting and being creative in a million ways -- yet feeling like I'm not productive enough -- and we're all preparing as best we can for the holidays and the winter weather that's fast approaching. What kinds of things are you doing this time of year?
